Jocelyn Boughton

Jocelyn Boughton joined Humentum in October 2018 as Global Director, Finance & Operations. In this role, Jocelyn works with others to build and communicate a financial strategy and performance management framework that aligns Humentum’s financial sustainability with its impact. The position will create and oversee appropriate group and intercompany policies and processes and manage the global finance team.

Before joining Humentum, Jocelyn served as the Chief Finance Officer at Malaria Consortium supporting income growth from £12 million to £55 million. In her role, she initiated and introduced new financial management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes as well as standardized policies in finance, risk management, procurement, and sub-award/partner management. Prior to joining Malaria Consortium, Jocelyn worked in different areas of the non-profit sector including Lloyds TSB Foundation, the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust and with VSO in Nepal and in various roles in the retail sector including Operations Director at Penhaligon’s Limited and Project Manager at Storehouse Group PLC.

Jocelyn is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and started her career with Arthur Young. She lives in Canary Wharf, London, UK.
