James Miller is an experienced management professional with a strong background in the roofing, construction, and aquaculture industries. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Metalcraft Roofing since October 2018, James focuses on customer service, business growth, and the management of manufacturing and distribution. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Humes, including Sales Center Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction. As Business Manager at Canterbury Concrete, James emphasized internal and external customer focus and operational excellence. Additional experience includes roles at Firth Industries Ltd, Aslco, and Jimmys Bait and Tackle. James founded Oceanz Blue Ltd and was instrumental in developing a new segment of the aquaculture industry in New Zealand, establishing the largest land-based aquaculture facility in the country. James holds an M.B.A. from Massey University, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
