Hallie MacDonald

Hallie MacDonald, PCP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Implementation at Humi since December 2021, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Manager, Payroll Services, and Senior Associate, Implementation Specialist (Payroll). Prior experience includes serving as a Property Accountant and Payroll Administrator at The Effort Trust Company, where responsibilities involved financial reporting, accounts receivable, and payroll processing for over 100 employees. Hallie has also owned and operated Mr. Submarine Limited, managing payroll, accounting, and staff operations. Early career experience features roles in administration and budgeting at ArcelorMittal Dofasco and a Construction Administrative Internship with the City of Hamilton. Hallie holds a Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation from the National Payroll Institute and degrees in Business Accounting and Office Administration from Mohawk College.
