Quality Manager at Humm Kombucha

David Heron has a diverse work experience in various industries. David started their career in 2002 as a Cellar Manager at The Carlton Winemakers. David then worked as a New Product Development specialist at Metabolic Maintenance from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, David served as a Quality Control Manager at Rocky Mountain Products. In 2013, they joined Barcelona Gourmet Sauces as a Facility Process Manager. David then moved on to EARTH2O in 2014, where they held the role of Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager until 2016. Currently, they work at Humm Kombucha as a Quality Manager.

David Heron attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Technology.
