Pernille Skovmose Finnerup

Pernille Skovmose Finnerup has work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Pernille Skovmose is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at hummel since November 2021, after serving as the Head of HR from October 2020. Prior to hummel, they worked at The LEGO Foundation as a Senior Capability Building Manager from October 2018 to October 2020. Pernille also has experience at Solar Group, where they held several positions including Director of Talent & Leadership from June 2015 to October 2018, Strategic HR Manager from February 2014 to May 2015, and HR Consultant from May 2011 to January 2014. Pernille Skovmose also worked at Siemens as a Strategic Recruiting Specialist in 2011 and at Energinet.dk as an HR consultant from September 2007 to February 2010. Pernille Skovmose started their career as an intern at Danfoss in 2006.

Pernille Skovmose Finnerup's education history begins with their high school education at Herning Gymnasium, where they obtained a sproglig student qualification. Pernille Skovmose then went on to attend Snejbjerg skole for their primary education.

In 2001, Pernille enrolled in Aalborg University, where they completed a BA in Engelsk og Internationale Studier (SIS) with a focus on language and international studies. After graduating in 2004, they pursued further education at Aarhus University, where they obtained a Cand.ling.merc with a specialization in English and a field of study in International Informationsmedarbejder.

In 2016, Pernille attended the Copenhagen Business School for a summer school program, focusing on Strategisk performance management.

In addition to their formal education, Pernille has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they received a certification in DiSC. In 2011, they obtained certifications in JTI from the Center for ledelse, and in PAPI 3 from Cubiks. In 2012, they obtained certifications in Logisk general & Logisk Advanced, also from Cubiks. Their latest certifications include the Saville Consulting Aptitude and Saville Consulting Wave - Personality Questionnaire, both obtained in November 2018. Pernille Skovmose also has a Prince 2 Foundation certification, although the details of this certification are unavailable.
