John Seaberg is currently the Chairman at Preceptis Medical. Prior to this, they were the Executive Consultant at Platinum Group from September 2014 to May 2015. Their focus was on management consulting with an emphasis on healthcare related companies. Before that, they were with Medicom Health Interactive.
From January 2008 to February 2012, they were the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Synovis Life Technologies. Synovis was a 25-year-old, publicly traded company (NASDAQ: SYNO) prior to its acquisition by Baxter in 2012 for $325ml. The company processed biomaterials for use in numerous surgical applications, such as bariatiric, thoracic, cardiac and hernia repair. As Chair, they were responsible for oversight of board committees and directors as well as board interactions with management. John participated in all aspects of sale to Baxter, including selection of Investment Bank and negotiation of eventual sale price.
From March 2007 to May 2014, they were the Co-Founder, CEO, Chairman at NeoChord Inc.
John Seaberg has an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of MN. John also attended Edina High School.
