Chris Stasonis

Chris Stasonis has a strong background in engineering, with experience in various leadership roles. Chris is currently the VP of Engineering at Hummingbird since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Capital One from October 2021 to November 2022. Chris previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Lola.com, which was acquired by Capital One, from March 2019 to October 2021. Chris also served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Yaymaker from May 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they were the Director of Engineering at Fitbit from May 2015 to May 2018. Chris also held leadership roles at Smarter Travel Media LLC, where they were the Director of Software Engineering from May 2013 to May 2015, and served as a Tech Lead for various projects from April 2006 to March 2013. Chris began their career as a Web Developer at Detwiler, Mitchell, Fenton, & Graves from April 2005 to April 2006, where they developed an internal financial services portal and automated numerous reports, significantly improving efficiency.

Chris Stasonis attended Suffolk University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
