Kara Lehman

Kara Lehman is currently the Head of Recruiting at Hummingbird. Prior to that, they were with Indio Technologies Inc. from April 2020 to December 2021 as the Manager of Activation Services. In that role, Kara worked as a trusted advisor and problem solver for retail and operations executives to assist with their retail expansion and transition to brick and mortar locations. Kara also implemented Worksmith and trained users to ensure adoption of the platform.

Before joining Indio Technologies, Kara was with Worksmith from April 2019 to March 2020 as an Account Manager. In that role, they collaborated with a team of 20+ reps to ensure accurate and timely completion of client requests. Kara also incorporated feedback from clients in meetings with the product team to improve the UX of the Worksmith platform.

Prior to Worksmith, Kara was with Oracle from August 2016 to April 2019 as an Account Manager- HCM Applications.

Kara Lehman has a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
