Justin Sloan, EVP, PMP

Justin Sloan is the Executive Vice President and Project Management Professional at Humphreys & Associates, Inc. Justin has over 15 years of experience in the industry, beginning their career in 2006 as an Assistant Product Manager at Smithfield Foods. In 2007, they moved to Unisys Corporation as a Consultant and EVM Analyst. In 2008, they joined PPMS International as a Senior Project Controls Coordinator, where they managed various IT development and service portfolios. In 2013, they joined Peraton as a Senior Manager and Performance Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for capitalizing their leadership and organizational skills to enhance company revenue goals. Justin also served as a Senior Customer Project & Program Manager and Corporate EVMS Focal Point, overseeing integrated program management functions. Justin also spearheaded various company and departmental projects. In 2021, they joined Humphreys & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant Manager.

Justin Sloan, EVP, PMP, graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2005 with a B.A. in English. Justin went on to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2012, a SAFe Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2015, and an Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification from AACE International in April 2016.
