Leslie Van Sickel

Leslie Van Sickel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Financial Analyst at Raytheon in 1979 and worked there until 2004. They then joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Manager of Finance Systems and EV Policy, where they worked from 2004 until 2010. Leslie Van Sickel then transitioned to Humphreys & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant Manager, holding this position from 2010 to 2017. During this time, they also briefly worked as an EVM Subject Matter Expert at L-3 Communication Systems West in 2017. Following this, Leslie Van Sickel joined L3Harris Technologies as an EVM Subject Matter Expert from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are working as an Earned Value Management Consultant at Humphreys & Associates, Inc. starting from 2022. Prior to their current role, Leslie Van Sickel took a brief retirement period from 2021 to 2023.

Leslie Van Sickel received an MBA from Wichita State University from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Leslie obtained the certification of Earned Value Professional from AACE in January 2012.
