Yancy Qualls

Yancy Qualls has over 25 years of professional experience in the field of program management. Yancy began their career in 1993 as a Master Scheduler at Lockheed Martin. In 1999, they moved to Bell Helicopter, where they served as Manager of Integrated Program Scheduling. In 2012, they became Co-Chair of the Planning & Scheduling Committee at the National Defense Industrial Association - (NDIA) Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD). Since 2015, they have been the Engagement Director at Humphreys & Associates, Inc.

Yancy Qualls attended Joshua HS from 1984 to 1988. Yancy then went on to Texas A&M University, where they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering in 1992. In 2009, they obtained a Project Management Institute - Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2007, they obtained a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEi). Finally, they earned an MBA from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business in 2012.
