Hector Lawrence G. is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Humphreys & Partners Architects since September 2007, overseeing numerous multifamily and student housing projects across the Southeastern United States, including notable developments such as Atlantic Beach House and Sterling Northgate Student Housing. Prior to this position, Hector held a Project Manager role at WCI Communities, managing luxury residential community projects in Naples, Florida. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Field Architect at Design Coordinates, Inc., where significant projects included City Sports Club in the Philippines, as well as earlier experiences with architectural internships. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Cebu Institute of Technology, earned in March 1996.
