Johanne O'Neill, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Director of Human Resources at HunaTek since April 2021, having previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at QuantaDyn Corporation and Alsco. Johanne's experience encompasses payroll preparation, recruiting, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and maintaining HR records. Additionally, responsibilities include acting as the Safety Officer, conducting monthly meetings, and overseeing site inspections. Prior experience includes serving as an Economist for the Department of Labor and Human Resources, where duties involved economic data analysis, market research, and training personnel. Johanne began the career as a Human Resources Assistant at an Accounting Private Firm, focusing on payroll processing and training. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Universidad Interamericana Puerto Rico and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
