John Weed

John Weed is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Chief Technical Advisor at Huneed Technologies since January 2023, John previously held the position of Associate Technical Fellow at Boeing from September 2006 to July 2022, where responsibilities included supporting network systems for aircraft and enhancing connectivity between airplanes and ground operations. Prior to Boeing, John worked at Honeywell as a Principal Engineer focusing on navigation and radar systems between May 2000 and August 2006. John began a career at Boeing Commercial Airplanes from May 1988 to May 2000, leading engineering efforts in cabin and avionics systems for major aircraft models. John's educational background includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University, complemented by studies at Bellevue College and Evergreen Lutheran High School.
