Saurabh Padwal

Saurabh Padwal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Saurabh began their career at Saraf Gurkar & Associates as an Accounts Executive in 2010. Saurabh then moved to Roy Eddington Charles where they also worked as an Accounts Executive from 2010 to 2011. In 2013, Saurabh co-founded The Lunchbox Factory before moving on to establish Ethnic Kitchen in 2015, where they served as Founder. At Ethnic Kitchen, Saurabh managed P&L, handled B2B and B2C clients, and scaled up the business. In 2018, they joined HungerBox as a Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for managing clients' requirements and onboarding F&B partners. Saurabh was later promoted to Senior Supply Chain Manager, where they closed deals and provided tech solutions to B2B clients. Currently, Saurabh holds the position of Head of Supply Chain at HungerBox, overseeing P&L growth, business expansion, operational excellence, vendor management, and smooth onboarding of food partners.

Saurabh Padwal holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from IES Bandra. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in The Complete Business Plan Course from Udemy in June 2021.
