Adam Seow

Adam Seow currently serves as the Director of Customer Support for HungerRush POS and Menufy, overseeing the management team and finalizing process and procedure changes since October 2023. Prior to this, Adam held various positions at Menufy, including Director of Client Support, where responsibilities included providing strategic direction and ensuring client satisfaction through effective workload monitoring, and Client Support Manager, managing a team dedicated to high-quality customer service. Adam began career at Physicians Reference Laboratory as an Accessioning Shift Coordinator, handling clinical specimens. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of Kansas.
