Eleanor Knight

Eleanor Knight currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Hungry Harvest, where Eleanor oversees the Customer Experience team, collaborates with stakeholders to meet and exceed sales expectations, and manages outbound customer communication. Previously, Eleanor held various roles in fields such as business development, program coordination, legal assistance, and swim coaching. Eleanor holds a Master's Degree in French Language and Literature and Bachelor's Degrees in Environmental Studies and French Language and Literature from Tulane University.
