Eric Mundschenk

Eric Mundschenk has a wealth of experience in the business world. From 2012 to 2016, they served on the Board of Directors for The Inspirational Medicine Foundation. Eric then joined Hungry Harvest in 2016, where they held the roles of Director of Revenue and Analytics, Director of Expansion, and Director of Logistics. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Product Innovation and Director of Merchandising and Product Development at Hungry Harvest.

Eric Mundschenk completed a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from Dickinson College from 2008 to 2011.
