Joel Villarreal

Joel Villarreal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as an Operations Manager at Men's Wearhouse, where they assisted customers in selecting formalwear attire and coordinated Dress for Success programs and presentations.

In 2011, Joel took on a role as a Diversity Mentorship at Texas Motor Speedway, where they gained insights into the operations of a NASCAR race weekend and collaborated with various departments.

From 2016 to 2017, Joel worked at Texas Motor Speedway as a Service & Retention Account Executive, managing a large client base and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they held the position of Inside Sales Account Executive, generating new revenue and converting single-ticket buyers into season ticket holders.

From 2017 to 2018, Joel served as an Account Manager-Strategic Sales at Pilot Flying J, where they negotiated and implemented discounts on diesel fuel and encouraged increased fueling at PFJ locations.

Starting in 2018, Joel joined Foodsby as a Strategic Account Executive/Account Manager in Dallas and Austin, TX. Joel played a crucial role in onboarding office tenants and building relationships with restaurant partners to increase lunch revenue.

Most recently, Joel transitioned to HUNGRY, where they started as a Client Success Manager in August 2021 and later became a Senior Client Success Manager in April 2023.

Throughout their career, Joel has demonstrated their ability to build relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in various roles.

Joel Villarreal completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in University Studies (Business, Media, Social Science) at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2010 to 2014. Joel also obtained several certifications, including "Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch," "Leadership Foundations," "Sales: Handling Objections," "Strategic Thinking," "Successful Networking," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
