Laura Kershaw has a diverse work experience in the packaging engineering field. Laura most recently worked as a Packaging Engineer at Hungryroot, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Quality Analyst at Plastipak from July 2020 to August 2021.

Laura Kershaw earned a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering with a double major in Psychology from Rutgers University, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, starting in 2020 and expected to end in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained certifications in "Food Science for the Non-Food Scientist" from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and "Stanford Introduction to Food and Health" from Stanford, both in August 2020.
