Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson serves as a Board Member for multiple companies, including Hungryroot and Local Bounti since 2021, and Real Good Foods, and previously for SnapDNA and Atlis Motor Vehicles. From 2015 to 2021, Mark held the positions of CFO, Treasurer, COO, and Secretary at Beyond Meat. Prior roles include SVP and CFO at BIOLASE, Inc., CFO and Treasurer at Farmer Brothers, and VP and Chief Accounting Officer at Newport Corporation. Mark's career in finance began at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Finance Director. Educational achievements include an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
