Jon Smallwood

Jon Smallwood has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Senior IT Manager at Hunt Brothers Pizza since October 2010, managing help desk and cloud infrastructure operations while resolving complex technical issues. Previously, Jon held various IT roles within the same company, starting as IT Help Desk Specialist and progressing to Help Desk Supervisor and IT Manager. Prior experience includes a contract role at UBS focusing on desktop imaging and support at Dell as a Pro Support Specialist. Jon's earlier positions included Internet Sales Manager at Jim Johnson Nissan Hyundai and Leachman Buick GMC Truck, as well as Front Desk Clerk at Best Western Motor Inn. Jon holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Technology - Networking from Volunteer State Community College and additional certifications in Microsoft Networking.
