Ara Garibyan

Ara Garibyan has extensive work experience in project management and financial analysis. From 2017 to present, they have been working at Hunt Capital Partners, LLC, initially as a Financial Analyst, then progressing to Assistant Vice President of Investor Reporting, Vice President of Investor Reporting, and currently as the Vice President of Project Management. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the acquisition and underwriting process for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) development partnerships, managing financial forecasts, and negotiating legal documents. Prior to joining Hunt Capital Partners, Ara worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Paul Hastings from 2015 to 2017. Ara also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant and Reference Assistant at The Wharton School from 2012 to 2015.

Ara Garibyan obtained their High School Diploma from Glendale Senior High School from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they attended The Wharton School from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics with a focus on Finance & Legal Studies.
