Brett Hearnden

Brett Hearnden has extensive legal experience, serving as a Partner at Hunt & Hunt since December 1998, specializing in commercial litigation, advocacy, administrative law, and regulatory prosecutions for government, business, and private clients. Additionally, Brett has been a Committee Member at The Law Society of NSW since February 2017. Earlier in the career, Brett worked as a Clerk in Court Registries and Training Officer at the NSW Attorney General's Department from January 1983 to January 1989. Brett holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 1983 and 1988.
