Will Patton

Will Patton has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Mrs. Stratton's Salads Inc. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at The Westervelt Company, where they held the positions of Compensation and Payroll Analyst and later Human Resources Manager. Since 2012, they have been associated with Hunt Refining Company, initially serving as the Refinery HR Manager and currently holding the role of Director of Human Resources.

Will Patton received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Care Management from The University of Alabama between 1995 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University in Montgomery from 2000 to 2001. In 2015, they obtained a certification as SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
