Frances Dalbey

Frances Dalbey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and outreach. Currently serving as an Outreach Specialist at Hunt Regional Healthcare since October 2019, Frances previously held the position of Call Center Supervisor at Baylor Scott & White Health from March to October 2019. From June 2013 to October 2018, Frances was the Executive Director of United Way of Hunt County, where the mission focused on promoting financial stability, education, and healthier living for local citizens. Frances also spent over a decade as a General Manager at Staples, contributing to mentorship and training within the organization. Frances holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from East Texas A&M University and an Associate’s Degree from Criswell College, along with a high school diploma with honors from Trinity High School.
