Richard Andrews

Richard Andrews is an accomplished Executive Coach with extensive experience since March 2003 at Create the Future Ltd., where services focus on enhancing leadership, inspiring teamwork, strengthening communication, and supporting transitions, alongside paternity coaching and diversity inclusion initiatives. Richard has held various roles, including Executive Coach Supervisor, providing guidance on coaching practices and professional development to both individual coaches and corporate settings. Concurrently, Richard serves as an Associate Executive Coach for multiple organizations, including EY and Korn Ferry, and also supports parents transitioning to parenthood at My Family Care. An educator, Richard has been an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University Business School since 2014, supervising postgraduate students.
