Petra Gale MSc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various organizations. As the Founder and Managing Director of Xceeda Group since 2014, Petra has demonstrated a dedication to transforming strategy into reality through a people-centric approach. Concurrently, Petra serves as a Senior Associate Consultant at Mercuri International Group, an Executive Coach at Endaba Group, a Consultant at Solution Cell, and Director at Selling with RESPECT™. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant at Accenture, Commercial Director at IP Centrum Ltd, Group Commercial Director at de Banke Group Ltd, Head of Procurement at IQor - Telmar Network Technology, and National Sales Manager at Brauer Ltd. Petra holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Training from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.
