Chrl Lisa Gosselin

Lisa Gosselin, CHRL has extensive experience in human resources management. Lisa is currently serving as the Human Resources Director (Head of HR) at Hunter Amenities International Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Coreio Inc. Lisa also held various roles at Eaton, including Human Resources Programs Manager - Canada, where they focused on talent management and leadership development. Lisa has a strong background in the food industry, having worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. in positions such as Human Resources Manager, Manager of Leadership and Talent, and Manager of Talent Attraction and Employment Branding. Lisa also gained experience at Boart Longyear as the Human Resource Manager for the Canadian E&I Business. Lisa started their career at Smurfit Stone Container Canada L.P. as a Human Resources/Safety Supervisor. Lisa has a proven track record in various aspects of HR, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee relations.

Lisa Gosselin, CHRL, attended Sheridan College from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Human Resource Management. Aside from their college education, Lisa has obtained several additional certifications. In 2015, they became a Birkman Certified Professional through Birkman International. In 2016, they earned the Talent Acquisition Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Lisa furthered their professional development by obtaining the CCL 360 Assessment Certification from the Centre for Creative Leadership in 2018. Most recently, in October 2020, Lisa became an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner through Insights.
