William Neal has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. William started working at Infostructure in 2006, where they held the position of Director of Voice and Customer Service for over 13 years, until April 2019. In May 2019, they joined Hunter Communications as a Senior Voice Engineer, a role they currently hold.
William Neal earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science / Accounting from Umpqua Community College, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
