Aldrich Su

Aldrich Su currently serves as the China AP Head at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since October 2025. Previously, Aldrich held the position of Director of Sales & Strategy for Off-Highway in the Asia Pacific region at Dana Incorporated, where responsibilities included managing half a billion dollars in net sales and participating in several M&A activities and transformations. Additionally, Aldrich functioned as the General Manager of the Industrial Business Unit for Asia, accountable for P&L across operations in China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and India. Earlier experiences include roles in sales and marketing at Symbridge Group and a business analyst position during an MBA program at MSC Software. Aldrich's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees from esteemed institutions and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from LHU in Taiwan.
