Benjamin Dekarske is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience leading engineering and technology teams across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for Global E-Commerce at Hunter Douglas, Inc., Benjamin oversees a global team managing e-commerce transformations across multiple countries. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Buildertrend, Benjamin transformed a founder-led organization into a high-performance software company, successfully navigating private equity funding and team integration through acquisitions. Benjamin has also held leadership roles at Hayneedle.com, Jostens, and Unisys, where contributions included scaling engineering teams, migrating legacy systems, and developing innovative applications. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University.
