Cara Atwater

Cara Atwater is a seasoned professional in demand planning and supply chain management with extensive experience leading teams and initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Demand Planning & S&OP at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since January 2022, Cara previously held roles at Ball Metalpack and SC Johnson, where responsibilities included managing forecasts, sales, inventory, and operational planning. Cara's early career included positions at Dyson, ArrowStream, and Cintas Corporation, where expertise spanned marketing project management, supply planning, and freight transportation coordination. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Miami University.
