Leigh Ann Pauly

Leigh Ann Pauly serves as the Senior Director of Global IT Supply Chain Services at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since August 2020 and concurrently holds the position of Managing Director at Sun Flare Group. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Director of Global Business Process Excellence at Molson Coors, where responsibilities involved driving transformation and process improvement across various functions. Leigh Ann also contributed significantly at MillerCoors, leading integrated supply chain and finance transformation projects that resulted in substantial cost savings. Earlier roles included positions at Fossil and SAP America, focusing on supply chain solutions and SAP consulting. Leigh Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Materials Science, both from the University of Virginia.
