Niko Gracin

Niko Gracin is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Hunter Douglas, Inc. since October 2019, Niko oversees a team of 30 professionals and has established a strong reputation as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition. Previously, Niko contributed to the formation of the first in-house talent acquisition team at 3 Day Blinds, managing an operational team responsible for recruitment across 30 states. Niko held significant roles at 99 Cents Only Stores as a Senior Human Resources Manager and at Fresh & Easy as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where oversight of talent development and recruitment strategies was paramount. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from California State University, Fullerton, along with an Associate's Degree and a Graduate Certificate in the same field.
