Shefali Thakur

Shefali Thakur is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Emerging Markets at adidas, Shefali has also held positions such as DEI, HR Strategy & Projects Lead for Emerging Markets and Head of Human Resources for South East Asia & Pacific. Prior to adidas, Shefali worked at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as COE- Performance Management & HR Business Partner, and at Baxter Healthcare as Talent Management Lead. Additional experience includes roles at Biocon, focusing on Employee Engagement & Leadership Development. Shefali holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Maharshi Dayanand University.
