Nishtha Gupta

Nishtha Gupta is currently a Global Management Trainee at Hunter Douglas, Inc., participating in the Global Leadership Management Trainee Program 2024, focusing on marketing, growth, and business strategy in global e-commerce. Previously, roles included External Consultant at UnderwriteMe and Product Management Intern at Trade Horizons Limited. Nishtha served as a Consultant for LBS Project Aasha and Co-Chairperson for the Student Council Election at Indian Institute of Technology Jammu, achieving a record voter turnout. In various positions, including Secretary of PRISM Media Cell, Research Assistant, and Co-Founder of the FinTech Club, Nishtha demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills. Education includes a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Jammu.
