Tanya Rizzuto

Tanya Rizzuto, FSA, EA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and employee benefits. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Compensation at Colgate-Palmolive since March 2020, Tanya has led initiatives in executive compensation, retirement benefits, and employee engagement. Notable achievements include establishing an intranet site for employee benefits, optimizing plan features through data analysis, and co-leading a global mental wellbeing forum. Previously, Tanya worked as a Senior Consulting Actuary and Director at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on strategic discussions with clients about retirement plans and financial security. Tanya's career also includes a role at Buck Consultants and teaching mathematics at Tuxedo High School. Tanya holds a BM from Ithaca College and a MAT from SUNY New Paltz.
