Ron Kass

Ron Kass is the President & CEO of Hunter Douglas North America. Ron has over 25 years of experience in the home furnishings industry, having previously served as the President & CEO of The Robert Allen Group and Knoll Europe.

Kass began their career in 1980 with Knoll, Inc., where they held various positions including Vice President, Product Management, Senior Vice President, Marketing, and President, Knoll Europe. In 1994, they joined The Robert Allen Group as President & CEO. The Robert Allen Group was a marketer, designer, and manufacturer of decorative home furnishings, comprised of Beacon Hill, Ramm Son & Crocker, Robert Allen, Ametex, and Sunbury Textile Mills. Kass successfully ran The Robert Allen Group for 8 years before joining Hunter Douglas in 2002.

At Hunter Douglas, Kass has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company. Ron has led Hunter Douglas North America to become the market leader in window coverings and a major player in the architectural products market. Under their leadership, Hunter Douglas has seen significant growth in sales, profits, and market share.

Kass is a respected leader in the home furnishings industry and is known for their strategic vision and ability to execute on plans. Ron has a track record of success in growing businesses and is committed to providing outstanding products and service to customers.

Ron Kass attended Brown University where they earned their BA in Economics. Ron then went on to attend Harvard Business School where they earned their MBA in Business Management.
