Debra Hoff

Debra Hoff, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Currently serving as Manager, Talent Acquisition at Hunter Engineering Company since August 2021, Debra previously held roles at Edward Jones as Divisional Recruiter - Technology and at Peabody Energy as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts and developing staffing strategies. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Kforce Inc., where a strong client relationship and understanding of hiring needs were essential, and a Field Recruiter at Clinique, where recruiting services spanned a nine-state territory. Debra holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
