Tara Nolen Mph

Tara Nolen, MPH is currently the Director of Population Health at Hunter Health, where Tara oversees the development of preventive health and chronic care management initiatives within the clinic. With a background in public health, Tara has also worked as a Community Health Manager at Hunter Health, Adjunct Lecturer at Wichita State University, Tobacco Control Consultant at Tobacco Free Wichita Coalition, and Tobacco Control Coordinator at Kansas Academy of Family Physicians. With a Master of Public Health in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Kansas Medical Center, Tara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in promoting health and wellness in communities.
