Marilea (Mel) De Faria, SHRM-SCP, PHRca, CPSP, CIPD Assoc., is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Global HR Operations at Hunter Industries since September 2020, leading the Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS teams. Previously at Pret A Manger from March 2004 to April 2020, Marilea held multiple roles, including Director of Pay, Systems & Compliance, managing significant payroll and benefits budgets, and overseeing various aspects of compensation and compliance.
