Neil Lum

Neil Lum is a quality management professional with extensive experience in aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Dispensing Dynamics International since November 2021, Neil provides leadership to a team of 23 quality engineers and inspectors while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards. Previous roles include Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Collins Aerospace and various quality engineering positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, Meggitt, and Cobham, where Neil successfully led quality investigations, managed resources, and implemented strategic business goals. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego, where foundational skills in design and manufacturing were developed.
