Luca Arrigoni

Luca Arrigoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industries. As the Co-Founder of Sottocasa Pizzeria since March 2011, Luca is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences. Luca has also served as a Ski Instructor at Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. since December 2013. Previously, Luca worked as a Pizzaiolo at Keste Pizza e Vino from 2010 to 2011 and as General Manager at Bar Tano from March 2008 to May 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, purchasing, hiring, scheduling, and menu and graphic design. Early career experience includes performing in "Pinocchio il Grande Musical" with COMPAGNIA DELLA RANCIA S.R.L. from June 2003 to May 2005. Luca holds a degree in Public Relations from IULM University and a Liberal Arts degree from Leone XIII.
