Virginia Anne Sharber

Virginia Anne Sharber currently serves as the Executive Director of the Hunter Museum of American Art, a position held since January 2015, and previously acted as the Interim Director. Prior to this role, Virginia was Of Counsel at Miller & Martin PLLC from 1990 until January 2015, where notable leadership positions included Chair of the Finance Practice Group and various committees focused on hiring and diversity. Virginia's professional contributions extend to serving on the board of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute and participating in several judicial and legal committees in Tennessee. Virginia holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Vanderbilt University.
