Nava Elhaiesahar has six years of professional experience. In 2016, they began their career as a P.R.I.D.E Ambassador for Campus Tours at California State University San Marcos. In 2017, they served as Secretary and Director of Public Relations for the CSUSM Marketing Society. In 2018, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at C Squared Social. In 2019, they were a Marketing and Communications Assistant at CSUSM Extended Learning. In 2020, they were a Proposal Manager, Proposal Coordinator, Project Manager, and Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at Hunter Pacific Group. Additionally, they were a Student Consultant at Viasat Inc., where they architected service solutions by analyzing customer relationship management platforms to enable Viasat to deliver superior after-sales service and facilitated meetings with Viasat administrators to examine findings and deliver projections for multiple project components.

Nava Elhaiesahar completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing at California State University San Marcos from 2016 to 2020.
