Carla McEntyre

Carla McEntyre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and experience strategy, project management, and product development. Currently serving as the Group Manager Customer Experience Strategy and Operations at Hunter Water since October 2008, Carla has held various leadership roles focused on digital programs, customer service strategy development, and team management. Prior experience includes positions at Freedom Furniture as an Assistant Furniture Buyer, where responsibilities encompassed new product development and market analysis, and at Westpac Helicopter Rescue as a Marketing Assistant. Carla holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle and additional diplomas in Project Management and Interior Design.
