Greg O'Connor

Greg O'Connor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and learning and capability development. Currently serving as a Learning and Capability Business Partner at Hunter Water since September 2020, Greg has also held various roles including Training and Competency Specialist and Learning & Capability System Advisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Greg led the Learning Design team at Pegasus Management for a brief period and contributed to the Samaritans Foundation as a Learning Design/HRBP/HR Analyst. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior HR Advisor at Kantar Millward Brown, Talent Advisor at Ogilvy PR Australia, HR Officer at St. Jude Medical, HR Coordinator at UBS, and as a Commando in the Australian Army. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Human Resources Management and a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Churchill Education, along with a Higher School Certificate from Model Farms High School.
