Leisa Winston

Leisa Winston, Ed.D., currently serves as the Superintendent of Huntington Beach City School District, a role held since January 2021. In addition to this position, Leisa holds a Continuing Education Instructor role for the Clear Administrative Credential Program at UC Irvine. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles in Laguna Beach Unified School District, where responsibilities encompassed deputy superintendent and assistant superintendent for human resources and public communications, as well as a tenure in Westminster School District and other educational organizations. Leisa holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global, alongside an M.Ed. in Curriculum, Instruction & Leadership from Oakland University and a B.S. in Special Education from Eastern Michigan University.
