Debbie Ortega

Debbie Ortega currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Administrative Services at Huntington Hospital, a position held since July 2011. Ortega's extensive experience in human resources includes previous roles as Vice President of Human Resources-Shared Services at St. Joseph Health System and Vice President of Human Resources at Huntington Hospital. Additional experience includes serving as Division Director of Human Resources/Employee Development at Catholic Healthcare West, overseeing a significant workforce across multiple facilities. Early in the career, Ortega worked as Director of Human Resources at Brea Community Hospital and as part-time faculty at California State University, Long Beach. Ortega holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
